Sulcorebutia santiaginiensis f. variegated (Variegated)

Small cactus named after Santiago, Bolivia, where it was discovered. It is characterized by cylindrical shape and olive green color, it develops in a solitary form or in a group only after the main head has reached its maximum size. It has long golden and thin spines. The variegated shape of this cactus presents the typical lighter areas in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent: these characteristics will never be the same from one plant to another, therefore each exemplar will be absolutely unique and, for this reason, highly sought after by collectors.
