The variegated shape of this cactaceae has yellow spots or shades in places where there is a lack of chlorophyll; these stains are never the same in plants making each one unique and for this reason very appreciated by collectors around the world. In its normal form it is a small globe-shaped cactus slightly depressed at the apex. Its dark green stem is equipped with rounded ribs on which are the white and fluffy areoles. From the latter come out small combed spines that are arranged in clusters similar to spiders. During the summer/autumn period you can admire its abundant pink white blooms.
