The variegated shape of this succulent has yellowish spots in the exact points of the epidermis where there is a lack of chlorophyll; such spots will never present identical in different plants and for this reason each of them is considered rare and unique in its kind. In the normal form is a caudiciform plant with low growth. Its stems have a globose shape ( hence the name ) and are green with small tubercles dotted with scars formed by the fallen leaves. Its beautiful flowers bloom at the apex of long stems, have a starry shape with yellow-green coloring.
