Agave x leopoldii variegated (Variegated)

Wonderful exemplar not present in nature, but obtained from the crossing between Agave filifera and Agave schidigera; what is obtained is a new absolutely original species formed by nastriform leaves, very narrow and rigid, long and strongly pointed. The variegated shape of this succulent presents the typical lighter areas in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent: these characteristics will never be the same from one plant to another, therefore each specimen will be absolutely unique and, for this reason, highly sought after by collectors. To render the exemplar even more rare and ornamental contribute paper margins, adorned by curled white filaments that contrast pleasantly with the brilliant green of the epidermis.
