Pachyveria 'Elaine Reinelt' (Succulents)

This plant is a hybrid of 2 species: Pachyphytum oviferum and Echeveria lindsayana. Also known as Pachyveria 'Calypso', it is a beautiful succulent plant, that is of a glaucous color with tender pink-purple hues. Its fleshy, pointed, spoon-shaped leaves form compact rosettes on the ends of the long stems. The foliage is covered with a dense whitish pruina, that protects the plant from too intense sun. Its peculiarity lies in its inflorescences, that create a wonderful mix of colors: the small flowers have petals of an intense pink color on the outside and a bright orange one on the inside part.
