Orbea ciliata (Succulents)

The Orbea ciliata, also called "starfish stapelia", is one of the most peculiar succulents ever found, earning the award of garden merit of the English Royal Horticultural Society. It has fleshy stems with a square section and tooth-like protuberances along the sides, of a greyish green color with purple hues. During the flowering period you can admire its beautiful flowers ranging from pale yellow to creamy white, streaked with red.
