H. jansenvillensis is a succulent exemplar with a compact rosette arrangement that expands by opening and creating new rosettes. Its name comes from the region of Jansenville ( South Africa). It has fleshy green leaves, lanceolate in shape with serrated margins from which emerge small whitish bristles. With the growth of the plant these bristles become more and more numerous and cover the plant. Its beautiful flowers bloom at the apex of the plant.
