Also known as “Dwarf Aloe”. It is a perennial succulent, that grows both solitary and clustered. It is distinguished from the H. attenuata for its smaller and more numerous tubercles, that give it a silvery appearance, and for its thinner and more elongated leaves. The typical green color of the leaves contrasts with a yellow variegation, which partially covers them and makes it unique in its kind. It blooms in the period of November-December, generating small tubular-shaped white flowers with reddish veins on its long stems.
