It is a wonderful succulent, obtained in the nursery by Kelly Griffith from Aloe haworthioides and Gasteria carinata. The result is a small but very particular rosette, formed by thick lanceolate and strongly pointed leaves, bent upwards. The epidermis is of a beautiful dark green that often, if exposed in very luminous environments, assumes almost black shades, on which do contrast pleasantly the thick three-dimensional white spots from which it is covered. Overall, this succulent fully represents the shadow play and bright stars of the "twilight zones", as evidenced by the name itself.
