E. cuprispina was first discovered in 1987 in Kenya. It has cylindrical and fleshy green stems equipped with areoles from which emerge its spines. The latter are arranged in pairs, two short and two longer. The plant is much appreciated for its particular appearance and can not miss in your collection.
