Echeveria 'Baron Bold' (Succulents)

This wonderful succulent exemplar was created in 1970 by Dick Wright. It has a rosette arrangement that can reach up to 25 cm in diameter with growth. Thanks to its iconic appearance and nothing less than particular is a hybrid very sought after by collectors from all over the world. Its fleshy leaves are green, greyish green and, in the centre, they have odd-shaped bumps with reliefs and cracks. These bumps over time, especially with adequate exposure to the sun, take on reddish tones becoming almost blood red and contrast with the silver green of the rest of the leaf. This indoor plant prefers warm but airy environments; needs to be placed in bright areas but not under direct sunlight and needs at least 5 hours of sun per day. The soil suitable for E. 'Baron Bold' is a well-draining soil, enriched with pumice and volcanic lapillo that allows the roots to be ventilated in such a way as to avoid water stagnation and prevent root rot. During the summer you can see its wonderful flowering; the flowers with a bell-shaped bloom at the apex of the plant on long stems and are red-pink. The succulent gives a touch of color to your interior and can not definitely miss in your collection.
