Cyrtanthus spiralis (Succulents)

Its name derives from the Greek words "kyrtos" meaning "curved" and "anthro" that means "flower", due to the particular spiral shape of its leaves, often also called 'Spiral-leaved Cyrtanthus'. It is a very rare caudiciform plant with slow growth. During the period of vegetative rest it loses its green leaves, in the moment of awakening it blooms with magnificent red trumpet flowers and subsequently new leaves are born. It is a caudiciform plant that is not easy to grow, but we assure you that with little care it will reward you with a great view.
