Crassula /'Fernwood/' (Succulents)

This peculiar succulent is a hybrid, a species not present in nature, but obtained in nursery from the crossing between Crassula susannae and Crassula comptonii, to give life to a truly unique exemplar! Extremely small-sized, it has a small and compact rosette arrangement, consisting of concave and triangular leaves, rather fleshy. The rosettes tend to grow in groups, forming a large pillow that develops horizontally covering the ground with its emerald green, generally tinged with a whitish tip due to a waxy bloom that covers the epidermis to protect it from climate change. C. Fernwood blooms in the middle of winter, generating groups of pleasant candid and microscopic inflorescences at the apex of a long stem.
