It is a dwarf perennial plant, which in nature grows, forming beautiful carpets on the rocks. Its leaves vary in size and appearance. Generally it has fleshy, lanceolate and pointed leaves, of a greyish-green color, with dark spots on the upper surface and thin whitish hairs on the margins. The foliage is arranged in an irregular rosette. From late summer to late autumn, it blooms with small cup-shaped flowers, ranging in color from white to burgundy-red. It is an ideal plant for your rock gardens.
