Conophytum tantillum v eenkokerense konk 4P sb1191 (Succulents)

This succulent plant was discovered by Steven Brack in South Africa. In nature it grows in the mountains of Eenkoker, which explains its name 'eenokerense'. This rare succulent plant is made up of fleshy leaves, joined at the base in bright green pairs, covered with sparse dark green dots. Like the other Conophytum, this succulent plant also has a particular growth: the new leaves are formed inside the stem and then come out when the old leaves begin to dry out. The dry leaves protect the body of the plant during the summer vegetative rest. In autumn you can admire its attractive pink or white flowers.
