Avonia albissima (Succulents)

Its name 'albissima' comes from the Latin word "albi" (white), so called because of its white leaves. It presents at the base a small caudex, from which numerous erect stems arise; they are totally covered by small papery leaves, overlapping each other. During the flowering period it blooms, on the tips of the stems, with small greenish-white scented flowers.
