Agave parrasana (Succulents)

A perennial succulent plant that forms compact rosettes of a medium size, up to 60 cm in height. It has lanceolate and fleshy blue-green leaves with slightly waxy epidermis, superimposed on each other, ending at the apex with a robust brownish spine. Its margins are outlined by red hooked spines. Flowering occurs in late summer, on long central stems which are up to 2 m high.
