Pachypodium lamerei f. crested (Crested)

The crested form of P. lamerei is very rare, hence it is highly sought after by green collectors. The gray trunk forms a fan with leaves only in the upper part. The larger specimens resemble sculptures, all different from each other. In the period of vegetative rest, this Pachypodium loses its leaves to grow them back during the vegetative period.
