Notocactus roseoluteus f. crested (Crested)

Like all crested plants, each species is different from another. It has dense, irregular ribs, sprinkled with multiple slightly downy areoles. The epidermis of this unusual cactus is of a dark green color, covered with dense yellow, short and thin spines. It hardly blooms, due to its crested shape.
