Myrtillocactus geometrizans f. monstrous crested (Crested)

The monstrous shape of a cactus has peculiar characteristics compared to the normal form of the plant, like evidently asymmetric zones or absence of parts, such to make every exemplar really unique and never exactly equal to others, for this, it’s extremely sought after by collectors. This exemplar is also presented in crested form, with a compact fan arrangement: overall, the plant obtained is very rare, a fantastic jewel that will embellish your collections! In its normal form it is a columnar plant covered by a white patina, which can branch and take the form of a candelabra reaching in nature even 4 meters high. The blue-blue stem is characterized by 5-8 ribs and sparse and very short spines. From February to April you can enjoy its small white flowers, extremely pretty and delicate. Curious fact: the fruits of Myrtillocactus are edible and resemble blueberries (characteristic from which the name of the genus derives!).
