Gymnocalycium baldianum f. crested (Crested)

It is a small fan-shaped cactus, slightly flattened along the crest, of a color, ranging from blue-green to grayish-brown. It has wide ribs, divided into tubercles, on which, from small downy white areoles, long and curved spines emerge, that are of a light brown-gray color with reddish shades at the base. It blooms in early summer from an early age and generates large funnel-shaped flowers of a bright red-purple color from the areoles near the apex.
