Description:

The crested shape of this succulent presents in one part of the plant the typical fan arrangement that makes each exemplar absolutely unique, never identical to another and for this reason very appreciated by collectors. It is a specimen not present in nature, but generated in nursery from other species of Echeveria, to obtain an absolutely unique and original exemplar. In its normal form it is a beautiful succulent formed by a central woody stem, from which departs a wonderful rosette of fleshy and lanceolate leaves, ending in a very characteristic sharp tip. The real strong point of this Echeveria is undoubtedly its colouration: on the notes of a wonderful bluish-green tending to glaucous, the plant creates a pleasant contrast with the bright pink of the tips and often of the margins, more or less accentuated depending on sun exposure. Overall E. Western blue' f. crested will give your locations an originality, refinement and elegance absolutely unique!

Plant care:

It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.

It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 10 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.

Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water the plant once a week in spring and summer and suspend watering completely in autumn and winter.

The best soil is a well draining one, for example formed by a mixture of peat and pumice so that the water does not stagnate.

They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
