Echeveria 'Kirov' f. crested (Crested)

The crested shape of this succulent presents the fan layout, much appreciated by collectors around the world as it makes each specimen unique in the genre. In its normal form it is a hybrid created in nurseries by the union of two different species of Echeveria, to obtain a new absolutely unique specimen. It has a small not very large rosette, formed by almost roundish leaves that tend to narrow at the apex until ending in a marked tip. The epidermis is the real highlight of E. 'Kirov', with its glacial shades in which light green tends strongly to bluish and is made opaque by a sort of whitish plum that completely covers it and protects it from atmospheric agents. When exposed to abundant brightness, this succulent is even more delicate and elegant thanks to wonderful pink shades that decorate its edges. In spring, from the rosette grows a long stem, at the apex of which blossom showy tubular flowers that fade from red to yellow and give an unparalleled touch of vivacity to this plant with such a delicate appearance.
