Ipomoea alpina (yellow flower) (Caudex)

A perennial herbaceous plant with erect stems up to 25 cm in height, that grow from a tuberous root. The leaves are linear and elongated, hairy, more or less bristly on both sides. The flowers are tubular, of a bright yellow color.
