Adenia lindenii (Caudex)

Wonderful perennial succulent, characterized by a massive woody caudex often spherical, but never perfectly equal from one exemplar to another because it is not uncommon that growing up takes a pleasantly asymmetrical trend. The caudiciform base reaches important dimensions, thus becoming prey to the most passionate collectors of bonsai, and acting at the same time as a fundamental water reserve for the plant. From the base depart extremely thin and typically climbing stems, adorned with large webbed leaves with 3 or 5 tips rich in veins: its brilliant emerald green epidermis takes on pleasant, lighter streaks, for an overall effect so rich in details that it will be impossible not to be amazed!
