Trichocereus bridgesii (Cactus)

Commonly considered "the most sensual of cacti", it is a columnar plant typical of all Cereus, which in nature can reach 2 meters in height. The stem, of a lively light green, has perfectly symmetrical longitudinal ribs with with long, very thin, straight and sparse brownish-yellow thorns. A typical feature of this plant is to present, when mature, flowers that bloom only in the hours of darkness and then wither in the middle of the morning: despite their short duration, their delicate colors and imposing dimensions give an unimaginable spectacle!
