Tephrocactus alexanderi f. variegated (Cactus)

The variegated shape of this cactus presents the shades or spots of yellow color and the points where there is lack of chlorophyll; these shades will never be the same in plants making each of them unique in its kind and for this reason much sought after by collectors. In its normal form it is a cactus with a globose or ovoid stem of greyish-green color, which easily branches and creates bushes up to 50 cm tall. Its numerous spines are long, straight or slightly curved downwards, varying in color from cream to dark grey. When it blooms it gives you beautiful large flowers of white or light pink color. You have to be very careful when moving or decanting the plant, because its segments come off easily.
