Sulcorebutia roberto-vasquezii (Cactus)

This small cactus is generally solitary, consisting of a single dark green body, covered with white and bristly spines, slightly twisted and sometimes reddish at the base. It has long and narrow areoles and an inflorescence that makes it very particular: in spring it blooms with white flowers, that have a cream-colored throat and outer petals tinged with light pink - the peculiarity that is hardly found in other Sulcorebutias.
