Myrtillocactus geometrizans f. monstrous (Cactus)

The monstrous shape of a cactus has peculiar characteristics with respect to the normal plant, as evidently asymmetrical zones or absence of parts, such as to make each exemplar really unique and never identical to another, for this extremely sought after by collectors. It is a columnar plant, covered by a white patina, which can branch and take the form of a candelabra reaching in nature even 4 meters high. Its blue-celestial stem is characterized, in the normal form, by 5-8 ribs and sparse thorns. From February to April you can enjoy its small white flowers, extremely pretty and delicate. Curious fact: the fruits of Myrtillocactus are edible and similar to blueberries (characteristic from which the name of the genus derives!)
