Mammillaria floresii (Cactus)

It is a cactus with a generally solitary habit, which sometimes forms tufts. The green stem has numerous conical tubercles, from which numerous radial spines, long and thin, of a white color, emerge, as well as an erect central spine, which is longer and more rigid, of a reddish-brown color. The peculiarity, that defines this species is the dense white down, that covers almost the entire body of the plant.
