Gymnocalycium griseo-pallidum (Cactus)

G. griseo-pallidum is a small cactus that expands branching and forms new clusters. Its globose stem has an opaque green colour and presents numerous tubercles and ribs. From woolly white-yellowish areolas emerge central and radial thorns: the radials are yellow or white, long and with the growing of the plant they become greyish; the central ones are more robust and darker, black or brown. This magnificent exemplary of cactus blooms throughout the year and gives us delicate, funnel-shaped flowers of a creamy-white with pink margins.
