Coryphantha laui (Cactus)

This cactus native to Mexico has a globose shape that over time tends to become oval. Its stem is dark green and the surface is smooth, with protruding tubercles and fluffy areolas. Its radial spines are thin and yellowish while the central ones are more robust and darker. The beautiful flowers of C. laui bloom between April and August , at the apex of the stem and are pale yellow in color.
