Participating is simple and transparent. Below you will find the essential rules for placing your bids safely and confidently.
Each lot or plant clearly shows its start and end time. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered valid.
Each lot starts from a predefined opening bid. Every new offer must exceed the previous one by at least the minimum increment shown on the product page.
You can enter your maximum secret bid. The system will automatically raise your offer by the minimum amount needed to keep you in the lead, up to the limit you have set. (For example: with a current bid of €10 and your maximum at €20, the system immediately sets your bid to €10.50 and will continue to bid on your behalf only if other users place new offers, until your €20 limit is reached.)
Every bid placed is binding and final. Please only bid if you genuinely intend to complete the purchase.
Lots and plants listed at auction are excluded from any additional discounts or promotions currently active on the site.
When the countdown expires, the highest bidder wins the plant or lot.
The winner will receive a notification with payment details and must settle the amount within 48 hours of winning. Shipping will be arranged once payment has been confirmed.
For some specific destinations the shipping cost cannot be calculated automatically. In these cases, our staff will communicate the exact delivery cost after the auction and before payment.
If you win more than one lot, please wait before making any payment. Our staff will contact you to consolidate your purchases into a single shipment and save you multiple delivery charges. Please note: combined shipping is only available for items belonging to the same auction session.
