Participating is simple and transparent. Here are the few rules you need to know to place your bid with confidence.

Auction Duration

Each lot or plant has a clearly visible start and end time. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered valid.

Minimum Bid and Increments

Each lot or plant starts from a set opening bid. Every new offer must exceed the previous one by at least the minimum increment shown on the item page.

Automatic Bidding

You can enter your maximum secret bid and the system will automatically raise your offer by the minimum amount needed to keep you in the lead, up to your stated limit. For example, if a plant has a current bid of €10 and you bid €20, the system immediately sets it to €10.50. If someone else bids higher, the system will keep raising your bid automatically by the minimum increment until your €20 limit is reached.

Binding Bids

Every bid placed is considered binding and final. Please only bid if you genuinely intend to purchase the lot or plant.

Discounts and Promotions

Auction lots and plants are excluded from any discounts or promotions currently active on the site.

Winning the Auction

When the countdown reaches zero, the highest bidder wins the lot or plant.

Payment and Shipping

The winner will receive a notification with payment details and must complete the purchase within 48 hours of winning. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with shipping.

Shipping to Certain Areas

For some destinations the shipping cost cannot be calculated automatically. In these cases our staff will get in touch after the auction to confirm the delivery costs before you proceed with payment.

Won More Than One Auction?

If you have won multiple lots or plants, please wait before making any payment. Our staff will contact you to arrange a single combined shipment, so you only pay for delivery once.
