Description:
The Scilla socialis is a succulent plant, that forms small bulbs visible outside the ground. The leaves are small, spotted and elongated, that gradually narrow towards the tip. They have silvery-white colors with purple shades. Flowering occurs in late spring, giving life to small green and purple flowers, that form clusters.

Likes exposure to full sun.
It likes the Mediterranean climate of the areas where it comes from, therefore it requires mild temperatures and must be sheltered when they drop below 5 °C.
It is advisable to always keep the soil moist enough, never dry, to prevent the bulb from drying out. Beware of stagnant water that could cause rotting.
The best option is a sandy, very draining soil.
They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
