Mammillaria tolimensis

It is a local variant of Mammillaria compressa, consisting of an intense green body, equipped with dense rounded tubercles, from which spines of variable length emerge, including some spines, which are very long, of a typical whitish or creamy color. At the apex, a down, present in the areoles, thickens considerably, forming a white expanse, on which small and graceful magenta flowers bloom.
