Euphorbia seibanica

It is a very rare plant, present in nature exclusively in remote areas of Yemen; the difficulty in finding it, combined with the extremely slow growth, have meant that E. seibanica is often grafted onto other plants, to speed up their development and make cultivation possible. It has cylindrical stems of a beautiful dark green, with marked longitudinal ribs and well marked by thick rows of whitish areolas with a peculiar triangular shape. From each of them generally emerge only two white spines of very variable length, extremely robust, well straight and pointed.
