Echinopsis minuana

It is a globular cactus with a solitary habit that tends to cluster over time. Its opaque dark green stem has multiple well furrowed ribs, equipped with sparse whitish slightly downy areoles. The radial spines are rigid, straight, of a greyish color; while the central ones are brownish, longer, which tend to point upwards. During the flowering season, its huge white flowers bloom on long stems, generated by the areoles.
