Description:

The name of this species derives from tancient Greek and literally means “big stem” in reference to the rather robust body; generally every two or three years, from the stem depart graceful multi-layered rosettes consisting of rather small leaves, with a triangular shape, of a nice light green pleasantly spotted or streaked with brownish areas that tend to increase when the plant is correctly exposed to sunlight. In spring the charm of this succulent will be amplified by small but pretty light yellow flowers.
