Euphorbia inermis f. monstrous crested (Monstrous)

E. inermis in its monstrous crested form represents a very sought after exemplar because, the crests never appear equal in the plants and its monstrous shape is distinctive. These two characteristics combined together give the plant a truly amazing look. E. inermis f. crested monstrous is a medium-large succulent, with an extremely slow growth. It has a central caudiciform stem from which emerge numerous serpentiform ramifications, cylindrical and tapered, similar to the hair of Medusa, from which comes the name "Head of Medusa". Its stems are covered by small protuberances with white dots, caused by the fall of the leaves. During the flowering period, spring-summer, at the apex of the stems, many small flowers of a cream white colour bloom.
